Episode 4 Two Moons

The appearance of two moons at the night of October 10

Weather anomalies first started to take place in Arcadia Bay five days before the storm of October 11, 2013. Since then, three strange weather phenomenons have occurred: a snowfall on a sunny day,[1] an unscheduled eclipse[2] and the presence of two moons.[3] These unusual occurrences leave people to believe that apocalypse is coming soon.[note 1][note 2]

Events of Life Is Strange

On October 7, snow started falling in Arcadia Bay when temperatures measured 90 degrees around sunset.[1] It was reported in the news the next day as the headline.[note 3]

On October 8, an unscheduled solar eclipse took Arcadia Bay by surprise shortly after Kate Marsh attempted or succeeded in committing suicide.[2] It was the headline in the news the next day while Kate's suicide attempt takes up only a small portion of it.[note 1]

Though no weather anomalies occurred on October 9, dead birds were found around Arcadia Bay. Dead whales were found beached at the Arcadia Bay Beach after Max travels to the alternate timeline.[4] They remain at the same position the next day, even in the original timeline.[3]

On October 10, two moons appeared in the night sky at the time of the End of the World Party. The second moon later vanished after a period of time.[3]
