Security and Freedom for Everyone (or SAFFE) was a program designed to generate a global topological map of areas within cities in Europe devastated by Tremora bombs.

History[]

The SAFFE program was used to rebuild Neo-Paris on the ruins of the devastated city of Paris.[1]

SAFFE used an Augmented Vertical Reconstruction (AVG), a type of digital blueprint that carried out a systematic survey of devastated areas so a plan to “build the city on the city” could be utilized properly in the reconstruction of Paris.[1]
