Promotion

Prior to its release, Life Is Strange was promoted using music from Syd Matters, in particular, "Obstacles"[1], which was later featured at the end of the game's first episode ("Chrysalis") and its last ("Polarized").[2] Later, for its episode one launch trailer[3], UK composer Nik Ammar's[4] "Glass Walls"[5], was used.

Music featured in the launch trailer for episode two ("Out of Time") was "Hold On Hope" by Dan Gautreau and Wolfgang Black.[6][7] Music featured in the launch trailer for "Chaos Theory" was "Seeker of the Sight" by George Timothy.[8]

Unique compared to the previous three trailers, music featured in the "Dark Room" launch trailer, "Square Peg Round Hole" was composed by TNR.[9][10] Music featured in the launch trailer for "Polarized" was "Power To Progress" by Darren Loveday and Stephen Loveday.[11]
